At EASYSKILLS Academy, we strive to provide high-quality online education. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds are processed and your rights under California state law and U.S. federal regulations.

By purchasing a course from https://www.easyskills.net/ (the "Website"), you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your enrollment at any time by contacting us at admin@easyskills.net. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the number of completed lessons.

📌 Key Rules:
✅ If you have completed less than 50% of the course, you are eligible for a partial refund based on unused lessons.
✅ If you have completed more than 50% of the course, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
✅ Discounts & promotional offers: If you received a discount, it will not be considered when calculating the refund amount.
✅ If you paid through a third-party payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, etc.), their transaction fees may not be refundable.

How to request a cancellation:
1️⃣ Send an email to admin@easyskills.net with your order details.
2️⃣ We will review your request and calculate your refund within 5-7 business days.
3️⃣ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

3. Refund Policy

Under California law (California Civil Code § 1723), customers are entitled to a fair refund policy. EASYSKILLS Academy offers proportional refunds based on the number of completed lessons.

📌 Refund Calculation Example:

If you purchased a 10-lesson course for $200 and completed 3 lessons, your refund will be:
$200 – (3 lessons × $20 per lesson) = $140 refund.
If you used a discount or promo code, the refund will be calculated from the original price (not the discounted price).

📌 Non-Refundable Items:
❌ One-time registration fees are non-refundable.
❌ Completed lessons are non-refundable.
❌ Digital materials (PDFs, resources, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed.

4. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

If you request a chargeback from your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

Block future enrollments in our courses.
Dispute fraudulent chargebacks through Stripe, PayPal, or your bank.

If you have any issues with your course, please contact us first at admin@easyskills.net, and we will resolve the issue amicably.

5. Exceptions & Special Cases

In cases of medical emergencies, technical issues, or financial hardships, we may offer alternative solutions, such as:

Course credits instead of refunds
Course pauses to allow students to resume later

All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Changes to This Refund & Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. If you continue using our services after updates, you accept the new terms.
